Service Description

This massage helps to release any tension you are holding in your muscles, it will be bespoke to you and your needs, covering the areas of concern. Similar to the Swedish massage, it helps to relieve stress, improve stiffness and ease pain. With it being a targeted treatment, it works on your main area of concern, relieving aches and pains (including lower back pain, stiff neck, sore shoulders, tension headaches and tight muscles in arms and legs.)
